Sprite Frame Tool has two tabs: Split a sheet into frames, or Compose frames into a new sheet with metadata.

Standard workflow

1. Choose Split or Compose.

2. Split: upload a sprite sheet, run auto grid detection or edit cut lines, then apply the cut and preview playback.

3. Compose: upload frames, set horizontal / vertical / grid layout, spacing, padding, background, and alignment, then compose the sheet.

4. Export PNG / ZIP / metadata from the export area, and clear or jump to export from the status bar when needed.
